Smith Development & Construction has been a part of the Central Indiana community since 1994. Our President, John Risser, has over 30 years of experience in construction and design, and our qualified staff adds 60+ years of combined experience. Each member of our construction team is dedicated to providing a safe job site and the best quality and performance for our customers.
